Feelings about AYG. Okay, this may sound unlike me :X

The last week passed faster than any other I've been through.

Soon, it was preview. Preview was a performance, but we didn't give
our best. The power and zest was not fully there yet. On Monday,
everyone did it. The moments on the stage, it belonged to us.
The crowd, audience, nothing mattered. Only the spirit of dance mattered.
We danced, nothing else were thought of. We left w/o regrets.

I couldn't think of anything, the moves came naturally. I could only
feel the spirit and the togetherness of dance, the feeling of a home.
After the finale, memories ran through. All we've been through.
Everything.

NanHuaDanceSociety was no longer a CCA, nor a group of people who can dance.
It was a home, to all of us. A place to share our thoughts, to put down
all our troubles, and to think of nothing except dance. A feeling of
belonging, and the feeling of home ♥

Can all of you remember ...

Nicholas's constant reminders on drinking more water ??
How he told us, to enjoy what we're doing is most important ??
He treated dance more important than any of us.
He didn't need perfection, he wanted us to do our best.
He was a great leader, one who cared about us so much.

Laoshi teachings were no longer for dance, but for our lives.
He said he doesn't know how to dance, and he can't dance.
But he showed us that no matter we can dance or not, all that
matters is that spirit of dancing, and the passion for it.
He put his everything for us, with often not bountiful returns.
But he didn't mind it, and believed that one day, everything would turn
out great, and everyone would give all their best.

Dance is no longer about ourselves, but about teamwork, and about
a family. We are a family, probably people who can't dance, but
have the passion and spirit to dance ♥

Today was freed from school, YAY ! :D
Watched the Asian Youth Games Opening Ceremony from yesterday ♥
The "Zest Of Asia" Owned the ceremony ! We were the HIGHLIGHT !

They had a lot of closeup{s} manzxczx, Terrence, Darren, Kevin,
Bryan, Kenzi, Lucheng, Liangyuan, Benedict, Pearlyn, Joey, Joanne,
JoanneNG, Evelyn, Merrien, Natalie, Jiaen, Rachel, Xuejing, Yuqi,
Tenghwee, Xuanlin, Kelly, Cheryl, Jinglin, Michelle, MichelleTENG.
These are the only people I can remember, A lot more though :D

AYG is Over, Emptiness.
Today has been a long day, lots of stuffs happened, both happy&sad.
Many things will also change after today, changes we can't stop,
and will have to adapt to over time, no matter how much we don't want to.

Me;Huiping;Xuejing went to find Yokekay&Cheryl to tie hair today.
Then went to class. New co-form / History teacher = Mdm Caroline Chua.
Had history&CEP before leaving. Long time on the makeup, camwhored like ... !
After all makeup, ate some stuffs and went to welcome the torch bearer ♥
Sec1 were on the third floor, and Yeeshong&co. were looking, wtf.

Did the NHDS Dynamite cheer and ran around the school w/ MrMun.
They left soon, so did we :X The sec4 boys made a drink for all of us,
awwwwwww ! so sweet(: Hahahah, some of them drank, some of us kept it ♥
Indoor stadium was chaotic ?? Some eating dinner, some doing makeup.
Soon, everything was done. Nicholas talked about his feelings ♥

A lot of people cried ): Rachel told them it was better to cry after
the performance so they would look nice, then she cried, herself ):
Everyone then took photo{s} for memorial, and chatted a lot ♥
The sec1 girls were a bit enthu' over Kenzi's muscles, HAHAHAH :D
Bingming was worse, okay !? Then we started "brother"-ing !

After a long time for memories, left for the performance, the one ♥
We cheered each other on, jiayou-ed a lot, sang the theme songs truckloads
of times, screamed, jumped, talked, and had fun :D The seniors' performance
finally came. Then came ours, it was a bit hard to control the tears :X
Then everyone got vehvehvehvehvehveh high for finale ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Tears flowed out when dancing, it's just a fact.
Then came the boring part, and finally everyone kept singing the
theme song when it was played several times, formed trains, took photos,
ran around, jumped around, screamed, hugged each other !
Everyone then 集合-ed for cheers and photos ! ♥

MsYeo spoilt everyone's mood by scolding us for being so reluctant
to leave after the performance -'- She even lectured Nicholas ! Wtf.
Left for NHHS soon ): Changed, and lots of unhappy stuffs happened.
Me&Cheryl were ranting on the way out, lumps of fats -.-
Shall not talk about unhappy things on such a memorable day :X

Huiping&Me went home, my dad fetched :D Chatted on the way.

The secondary four seniors are leaving after today, we've gotten
used to them. Now we've got to get use to being w/o them ):
This is going to be tough, but we have to manage it, sadly.

Kenzi will probably be leaving after today too ):
He has been a great batchmate, hope he thinks it over before he
makes his final decision(:

Many unhappy things happened today, but I'm trying to remember
those happy ones, b/c this is a day I never want to forget :D

Date : 29th June 2009, Monday.
Channel 5, 7PM - 9.30PM ( LIVE TELECAST ! )

I found how AYG is held on the channel5 website :

The Asian Youth Games is an international multi-sports
even held every 4 years to complement the Asian Games.
AYG S'pore 2009 will see athletes between 14 to 17 from
45 OCA member nations competing in 180 events across 9
sports from 29 June to 7 July.

Our item was supposed to show the "Zest of Asia" ♥
First was 双棍, followed by 双人舞 and 长棍. Sad that we couldn't
see, but I'm sure they did great :D Followed by our cloth. I can
safely say we tried our best(: So no regrets about it.

Next, prepared for finale ♥ When the music started, everyone started
screaming even backstage, and jumping&clapping ! :D
The finale was the best ! Had lots of fun and really enjoyed it.
After everything, the theme song played again and all the performers
formed trains and started going wild like #(@&$^@* ! ♥

The students who represented the countries ( NHHS included ),
were looking at us high, then they dao1 diao :X All the performers
were screaming, laughing, singing, dancing, running, having fun ♥
Then NHDS&CGDS 集合-ed and Laoshi talked :D

Went back to NHHS soon ): Had a long debriefing, felt good(:
Mskee said Boys need to cut their hair by Friday, Nicholas was
damn happy ;D Then he said Douglas&Tseyu were playing terrorist
on the bus, HAHAHAH ! Veh funneee ! Then had serious stuffs.

Sec1 Girls met Merrien for the performance thing, then changed.
Clementi w/ Gindelin&Huiping, late. There was only us left ??
Junzheng told us to be careful, hahahah. Bought paopaocha and
mrt-ed home w/ Huiping :D Home, and bathed. Tmrw's rest&tuition.

Seriously, I don't want AYG to end. I don't want everything to end.
But then again, everyone efforts. I want it to be a great performance,

I've fallen deeply in love with Dance and nothing else matters now.

some friggin' dumb H1N1 disease ?? You've got to be kidding me -.-
Natalie says Evelyn says that MsYeo didn't even find replacements.
So we're betting that Laoshi will get the dancers back no matter what :D

Hope Laoshi will be able to overthrow MsYeo's decision :/
MsYeo is just as bad as H1N1, and even worse, I am sure.
